At Thirsty Earth, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original eco-friendly tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your parcel to any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect your items within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
